Executive Vice President

Jerry Gase brings a strong work ethic passed down to him from his family into his position as the Executive Vice President for R2. As Executive Vice President, Jerry’s daily role is fulfilled by managing the Administration Office, handling Accounts Receivables and Payables, overseeing Information Technology and Operating Systems, consulting for all branch management, and Project Management.

Jerry teamed with R2 in September of 2009 to hold the position he currently holds for the company. Before coming to work for R2, he worked for NSS Technologies, an auto parts manufacturer, for eight years. While at NSS he held the position of Director of Facilities and Maintenance. It was his job here to ensure the reliability of all machinery, as well as maintaining all three facility’s utilities and systems.

Jerry’s peers describe him as an extremely trustworthy and detail oriented project manager. He illustrates great expertise in option analysis and there’s never a worry he will miss something. One of his main focuses is hiring the right people and working with the younger generations to reach company goals.  A 1969 graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in Engineering Technology, Jerry believes in an honest business approach. He lives and breathes by the motto, “If we say we’re going to do it, we’re going to do it.”
